Senior UX/UI Designer (F/M)

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior UX/UI Designer for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.

Position:

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences across web platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise systems used in life-science environments. The role focuses on user-centered design, usability optimization, and interface design to ensure digital products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business and user needs. The designer collaborates closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear user flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems while maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or digital interface design

• experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications, web platforms, and digital systems

• strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and user-centered design (UCD) practices

• experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements

• ability to design complex user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

• experience creating and maintaining design systems, UI components, and reusable patterns

• strong knowledge of interface optimization and best practices for different platforms (mobile and web)

• ability to synthesize research findings and transform them into clear product and design recommendations

• experience facilitating workshops, design reviews, and collaborative product discussions

• ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, international environment

• strong collaboration skills when working with product managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders

• excellent communication and presentation skills

  
  

Nice to have:

• experience defining UX strategy for products or product portfolios

• familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

• experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma, fintech)

• experience with accessibility standards and usability optimization

• familiarity with analytics or A/B testing used to validate design decisions

• experience supporting UX governance, standards, or design guidelines within an organization

• exposure to enterprise or data-heavy platforms such as dashboards, CRM systems, or internal tools

  
  

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• designing user experiences and interfaces for mobile applications, web platforms, and digital products

• creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing insights to improve product usability

• collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine product features

• maintaining and evolving design systems and reusable UI components

• facilitating design workshops, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration sessions

• translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive product experiences

• documenting UX decisions, flows, and interaction patterns for development teams

• supporting the implementation of user-centered design practices within the organization

• continuously improving user experience based on research insights, usability feedback, and product metrics
