Key information:
Salary: 19 000 – 23 500 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
Working hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 4 hours flexible
It is vital that you have:
fluency in English (min. C1);
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role;
strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries);
experience working with or maintaining design systems;
good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards;
ability to turn complex concepts into simple, elegant solutions;
experience designing interfaces for AI tools, ML applications, or prompt-based systems;
strong experience working with Jira for project tracking, sprint management, and agile workflow optimization;
strong experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
high communication skills;
eager to learn and share knowledge;
willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).
Nice to have:
familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Tailwind, etc.) to better communicate with developers;
motion design or micro-interaction skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Motion);
experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for AI-powered applications and prototypes;
apply design system principles to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple products;
create and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and documentation;
collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to translate ideas into functional designs;
participate in the full design process – from concept and user flows to final high-fidelity prototypes;
contribute to the overall design direction, providing insights and feedback to enhance UX and usability.
