More info about the role:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients (CTOs, IT Directors, PMs, POs, etc) online
  • Verify clients business needs
  • Be the first point of contact with the client (mostly foreign ones) 
  • Support in sales strategies creation and work on achieving the KPI 
  • Support in the preparation of workshops, estimates and offers - ultimately to be able to work independently 
  • Support at each stage of the sales process
  • Search for new business opportunities

Requirements: 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (min. C1 level)
  • Experience in the business development area, preferably in a software house (min. 6 months)
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Experience in establishing/maintaining client relations/discussions preferable 
  • Being creative 
  • Having the ability to attract customer attention
  • Experience in planning, analysing, coordination and reporting
  • Willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented personality

Good to have:
  • Passion for technology, IT, software development 
  • Familiarity with CRMs (like Hubspot) and reporting tools for data analysis
  • Experience in creating roadmaps
  • Sales experience in IT would be also considered as a plus
