Project length: 6 months contracts + option for prolongations (the company is during a huge Salesforce upgrade, so probably 6 months won’t be enough)

Summary: The Junior Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in enhancing and customizing the Salesforce platform to support essential business functions. This position aims to assist in various development tasks while gaining experience in Salesforce technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) as well as low code technologies like Salesforce Flow.
• Supporting configuration tasks such as creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and validation rules.
• Working on bug fixes, enhancements, and small-scale development requests.
• Collaborating with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Participating in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
• Helping to maintain proper documentation of features, customizations, and development processes.
• Staying updated on Salesforce releases and platform updates.

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform features and development tools.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Component Framework.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a Salesforce-focused development role.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Omniscript & Omnistudio features.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java, C#, etc.).
• Familiarity with Javascript.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or willingness to achieve it within the first 6 months.
