Role Title: Telecommunications Technician

Location: Poland, Warsaw, 80% travel

Contract Type: B2B/UZ 6 months initially

Salary: up to 70zl/hour

Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join a dynamic delivery team responsible for deploying highly reliable voice and data communication systems used in mission-critical environments. This hands-on role supports the full lifecycle of post-sales implementation across multiple projects and regions, with a strong focus on field engineering, system integration, and technical coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of advanced communication solutions for outside clients
• Conduct on-site system installation, integration, testing, and commissioning—including both proprietary and third-party technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance during project execution
• Maintain and update technical documentation in line with change management and delivery requirements
• Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover of deployed solutions
• Support end-users and partners during go-live phases, remotely or on-site as needed
• Ensure project compliance with relevant quality, safety, and engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• Professional experience in system integration, telecommunications, field services, or a related technical role
• Proven understanding of IP networking concepts (switches, routers, firewalls); certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA are advantageous
• Familiarity with operating systems, virtualization technologies, and application-level troubleshooting (Linux/Unix/Windows)
• Working knowledge of radio communication infrastructure (base stations, mobile units, RF testing tools)
• Strong hands-on skills for physical deployment tasks including cabling, equipment installation, and basic hardware modifications
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Valid driving license and the ability to travel extensively (up to 80%), including internationally
• Eligibility for customer site access clearance may be required for some projects
