Junior IT Sourcer / Talent Researcher

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow in IT recruitment and sourcing, learn how the tech industry works from the inside, and help us build strong engineering teams.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has curiosity and a proactive mindset,

• enjoys communicating with people,

• is interested in IT and new technologies,

• likes research and connecting the dots,

• wants to learn modern sourcing and tech recruitment.
  

Nice to have:

• first experience in recruitment, sales, customer support, or research...

• familiarity with LinkedIn and sourcing tools,

• basic knowledge of Boolean Search,

What will you do?

• search for IT specialists on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms..

• reach out to candidates and build relationships,

• support recruiters in end-to-end hiring processes,

• build talent pipelines and candidate networks,

• learn about technologies, IT roles, and software house environments,

• help improve our sourcing processes and candidate experience.
