You are a perfect match if:

✅ You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

✅ You’re familiar with the IT industry and software development processes (SDLC)

✅ You’re allergic to chaos, but thrive in fast-moving projects

✅ You are well-organized, confident, and know how to both give and receive feedback

✅ You have a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

✅ You are experienced in working with project documentation: briefs, backlogs, user stories, test plans, progress reports

✅ You understand key concepts related to software quality: QA processes, testing, and bug tracking

✅ You’re skilled in project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Linear

✅ You can effectively communicate with development teams and understand the basics of front-end, back-end, APIs, and system integrations

✅ You’re comfortable using basic development tools (e.g. GitHub), design and collaboration tools (Figma, Notion, Slack), and productivity suites (Google Workspace)

✅ You keep an eye on the bigger picture - client goals, satisfaction and long-term values

✅ You are fluent in both spoken and written English (B2 level minimum – everyday communication with international clients)

✅ You are fluent in Polish

What would your responsibilities be?

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of project delivery – ensuring outcomes that align with client expectations, scope, budget, and quality. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire project lifecycle. This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong partnerships, support clients in achieving their business goals, and identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth (e.g. upselling, extending scope, or offering new services). This role combines both business and project management responsibilities — from building strong relationships with developers to maintaining consistent communication with clients.

👉 Ensuring effective and timely project delivery, aligned with the defined scope and client goals

👉 Acting as a trusted advisor to the client – understanding their business needs and offering solutions to support long-term collaboration

👉 Maintaining ongoing communication with clients – providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction

👉 Managing and coordinating cross-functional project teams – developers, designers, QA engineers, analysts – including assigning tasks and solving challenges

👉 Reacting quickly to risks and changes – adapting plans and priorities as needed

👉 Reporting and documentation – creating project status updates, logging decisions, and keeping systems like Jira up-to-date

👉 Supporting business development by identifying areas for upselling and proposing enhancements or new services

👉 Deadlines matter — but so do bad jokes on Slack...

You will collaborate closely with: stakeholders, developers, designers (UX/UI), content managers, business analysts, PMs, CTO, tech leads, and Head of Operations.
