Delivery Manager - AI Projects

Responsibilities:

As Delivery Manager - AI Projects, you will have the unique opportunity to join 4Semantics at a key stage, the company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for overseeing timely delivery, building strong relationships with clients and monitoring key performance indicators. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, making a direct impact on project outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in delivery management: demonstrated ability to manage and oversight ongoing project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with requirements. 
• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions: Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to support technical discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Strong project management skills: experience in tracking projects performance, proactive addressing and resolving project related issues.
• Client-Facing Experience: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary business contact.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: skilled in quickly identifying root causes of issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and committed approach; ability to work effectively in distributed and remote teams.
• English Proficiency: english skills sufficient for direct communication and comprehending technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of AI in Document Processing: awareness of how AI is applied in document processing workflows.
• Experience with JIRA: Practical experience using JIRA for task tracking and issue management.
