Leader in the implementation and integration of Treasury Systems

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Leader in the implementation andintegration of Treasury Systems.

Your duties will include:

• Lead and coordinate activities across technology teams.

• Conduct business and system analysis of current processes and architecture within Treasury and Markets domains.

• Design integration solutions, including target system architecture, data migration planning, and system connectivity.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from front office, back office, risk, IT, and external vendors.

• Supervise data migration processes between Treasury systems.

• Support implementation efforts, including testing and validation of new system architecture.

• Share product knowledge related to Treasury instruments such as derivatives, FX, and fixed income.

• Provide system expertise and advisory across front office, trading, and post-trade platforms.

Requirements that must be met:

• Proven experience in integration projects, data migration, or implementation of new system architecture within the banking sector.

• Deep understanding of financial markets and Treasury products, including regulatory reporting and mandatory disclosures.

• Strong familiarity with front office systems and trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or Condor.

• Solid grasp of system architecture in the Markets domain.

• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within Markets.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken, for seamless collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience in bank mergers and acquisitions.

• Certifications in project management (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP).

• Technical knowledge of databases (SQL) or programming languages.
