What You'll Do

Project Leadership Excellence

• Lead multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously with end-to-end accountability (scope management, contract compliance, budget control, scheduling, client communication, risk mitigation, and escalation handling)

• Provide strategic oversight across our entire project portfolio, including pipeline management and contractor coordination

Mentorship & Team Development

• Serve as the go-to expert for complex, challenging projects - sharing your wisdom and supporting colleagues to ensure stable, predictable delivery (especially for fixed-price engagements)

• Lead our PM team through recruitment, mentoring, performance feedback, and capacity planning

• Establish and maintain delivery standards that set us apart from the competition

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner closely with our sales team on proposal development, pricing strategies, and client conversations

• Design and implement PM processes and tools that drive efficiency and quality

• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and department heads on strategic initiatives

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven IT project management success with a track record of delivering complex software projects

• Client management mastery - you excel at managing expectations and navigating challenging negotiations with confidence

• Leadership experience in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams

• Fixed-price project expertise - you understand the unique challenges and have the skills to deliver profitably

• Agile/Lean methodology proficiency with hands-on experience facilitating discovery workshops and refinement sessions

• Presales experience including proposal participation and client-facing conversations

• Exceptional communication skills - you're equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and collaborating with technical teams

• Crisis management abilities - you thrive under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities

• Language proficiency: Fluent English (C1) and Polish (C1) required

• Tool expertise: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Salesforce

• Experience managing resource allocation processes

• Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications (PSM/PSPO, CSPO)
