Project Manager

For Our client an international public organisation, we are looking for Project Manager who will lead a Sharepoint related ICT Project.

 Responsibilities:

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope

• Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled

• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables

• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project

• Cooperation with Project Board and other key stakeholders

• Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members

• Plans and controls project products delivery processes

• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project

• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project

• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations

• Organizes and conducts project meeting

• Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a IT Project Manager

• Master's degree

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP) or PM2 Agile certification

• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager

• Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods

• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies

• Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs

• Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant

• Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences

• Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements

• Presents strong problem-solving skills

• Displays strong leadership

• Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers

• Experienced in organization of work in scrums

• Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps – nice to have

• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management

• Experienced in projects aimed to develop Sharepoint based solution

• Experienced in data integration project
