Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.

The person we’re seeking will be responsible for managing implementation projects for our clients, based on our in-house OTT product InsysGO (which is under continuous development). As a Project Manager, you’ll be working with a multidisciplinary project team at your disposal.

We’ll share more details during the meeting.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Leading assigned projects through all phases, in line with Insys’ internal project methodology (which draws from both agile and traditional project management frameworks).

• Actively supporting the entire organization by:

  • Proposing and implementing new solutions to increase efficiency.

  • Collaborating with other Project Managers and supporting the development of the PMO office.

  • Contributing to the modeling and optimization of internal organizational processes.

• Staying involved and maintaining an open, proactive attitude.

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software development projects.Practical knowledge of various project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to implement selected improvements (both within your own projects and across the PMO) aimed at continuous process improvement.

• Experience in mentoring or supporting less experienced Project Managers.

• Solid understanding of software development processes.

• Comfortable communicating in English, including with international clients.

• Strong sense of accuracy and timeliness.

• Flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills.

• Independence, ownership, and a sense of responsibility.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience or knowledge of the OTT (Over-the-Top media) industry.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Workspace tools.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Confluence and Jira.

Recruitment process:

• We’ll reach out by phone to selected candidates - those who we believe are the best match for the needs of our organization in this role - to schedule an interview. This will happen within two weeks at most (usually much sooner).

• The interview will be conducted by Rafał Nowicki and Michał Ogiński, and will last approximately 1.5 hours. During the meeting, we’ll tell you more about our company, but we’ll also want to get to know you and your experience better.

• After the interviews, we’ll make a decision about who we’d like to move forward with (occasionally, there may be a short follow-up meeting with future teammates). We always follow up with everyone we met to share our decision and provide feedback.
