About the job

We are looking for a talented and experienced technical project manager with a good understanding of system integrations. Our team is operating in the US and EU time zones. We are seeking a senior person.

What You'll Do

• Managing projects in the areas of system integrations (external systems), development of in-house solutions, and gaming-related projects.

• Coordinating DEV, QA, and Art teams.

• Leading Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Supporting teams in daily tasks, including technical challenges.

• Overseeing timelines, reporting progress, and monitoring risks.

• Ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.

What we expect from You / Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Project Manager / Scrum Master in a technical environment.

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience working with development and QA teams.

• Strong technical orientation (Python, relational databases, backend systems, CI/CD).

• Experience with deployments and release management.

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Toggl and GitLab.

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficiency in English - spoken & written (at least B1/B2 level).

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with gambling terminology and products (slot games).

• Knowledge of the Python ecosystem, databases (Postgres, MongoDB), source control (Git).

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with applying AI for process optimization, documentation, and internal tooling.

• Experience with system integration projects (ideally involving Remote Game Server (RGS) platform integrating with operator or aggregator platforms).

• Certifications: SAFe, PSM.

• Experience working with small/medium-sized teams.

• Experience in the gaming industry.

• Available to start work within two weeks of notice
