Summary:

The Project Manager in the Marine, Offshore & Wind Solutions team will lead complex lighting projects, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery to meet global safety and performance standards. This role requires a background in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, with significant experience in high-value technical projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Lead the execution of lighting system projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales.

• Maintain close dialogue with clients, suppliers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive action to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Drive documentation processes and ensure compliance with industry and contract standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver and manage complex system projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably from marine, offshore, wind, energy, or construction sectors.

• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value technical projects.

• Solid understanding of engineering processes and ability to follow technical discussions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Projektron, Jira).

• Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in international project environments.

• Knowledge of sustainability standards in project management.

• Familiarity with the latest trends in lighting technology.
