Currently, we are looking for a Lead Designer (UX) from Poland who would like to join one of our Banking / Fintech projects.

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.

You’ll be working in the Managing Investments Technology team focusing on providing high quality technology solutions to support Portfolio Management and Trading across Client's Asset Management.

You will be part of a pod working in agile ways of working to deliver a first-class scalable, digital, and integrated Multi-Asset Portfolio Management and Trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions for replatforming projects.
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Integrate UX design into agile workflows, ensuring continuous product discovery and improvement.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within the team and organization.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints of existing legacy systems to ensure a smooth transition to new platforms.
• Incorporate user feedback and testing into the design process to ensure solutions meet user expectations and business goals.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities to deliver user and business value.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in building impactful products.
• Utilize, contribute and maintain a design system to ensure consistent UX/UI across our platform of applications and create efficiency with our development efforts.
• Work as a product trio with Product and Technology to challenge business processes & define efficient target operating models, enabled by cutting edge technology.

You must be located in Poland.

We're looking for hybrid work from client's office in Wrocław (2-3 times per week)

You have documented banking or fintech experience.

• Proven experience in UX design, particularly in replatforming projects within the financial services industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to raise design maturity within a team or organization through strategic initiatives.
• Ability to advocate for user-centered design principles and handle pushback constructively.
• Proficiency in UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience creating user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma etc.
• Experience working with complex data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex UX challenges methodically.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Previous experience planning and facilitating ideation workshops in agile environments.
• Understanding of the technical constraints of legacy systems and strategies for transitioning users to new platforms.
• Understanding of UI technologies e.g. React/HTML/CSS3 is a plus
