Monthly salary ranges:
- B2B: 17,300 - 28,900 PLN + VAT
- UoP: 14,400 - 24,000 PLN (gross)
Client Engagement
- Identify AI opportunities within existing and potential clients’ organizations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to position the company as a trusted AI partner.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist for AI use cases tailored to client industries.
Sales and Strategy
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to drive AI project sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design strategic AI solutions aligning with client business objectives.
- Be involved in proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Technical Oversight
- Guide clients on AI implementation strategies, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Oversee initial technical proof-of-concept or pilot project phases, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights into AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to client needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
Thought Leadership and Education
- Lead workshops, webinars, or training sessions to educate clients on AI opportunities and trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise.

- 5+ years in a consulting role, ideally with a focus on AI, data, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record in consultative sales or business development in the software or tech consulting space.
- Hands-on technical background in AI/ML tools and methodologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, cloud platforms).
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams.
- Competence in proposal writing, deal negotiation, and closing high-value sales.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with a passion for emerging technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a client-facing, dynamic environment requiring both strategic and technical contributions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address varied client needs.
- Very good knowledge of English
