We are looking for an Analyst who will be a key point of contact for business clients in the payments industry. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining relationships, complying with SLAs, and providing technical support for users of the company's solutions.
The analyst's task will be to address clients' current needs and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue by introducing new solutions.
Responsibilities:
Building long-term relationships with clients, supporting them in identifying business requirements and recommending optimal solutions.
Translating technical specifications into business-friendly language,
Managing system documentation, and participating in implementation processes.
Participating in code release management, collaborating with the Service Desk, Compliance, and Project Management to ensure clients' operational stability.
Executing simple projects and adjusting work plans to changing requirements.
Monitoring Service Desk SLAs and occasionally acting as first-line technical support.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in analysis/it support/administration/issue resolution/problem-solving.
Language skills: English proficiency (C1) in written and spoken communication.
Experience with using SQL and Postman or other API platforms as a plus
Good database development skills will be a plus
Basic analysis of financial services software as a plus
Operating systems: Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems is a plus.
