We are looking for a qualified and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our team. As a key team member, you will be involved in the implementation of a new ERP system for the Romanian branch of a Polish retail brand. Your main focus will be the supply chain management module within Dynamics 365. You will work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
Consultation and requirements gathering:
- Consult with customers to understand their supply chain needs and deliver customized Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Analyzing and interpreting business requirements related to supply chain processes for the Romanian branch.
Solution design and implementation:
- Designing, configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory and logistics.
- Customizing the system to meet specific business requirements, ensuringcompliance with Romanian business practices and regulations.
- Integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications used by the company (SAP, EDI, WMS, TMS).
Data management:
- Assist in data migration to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Testing and validation of migrated data to confirm system accuracy and functionality.
Training and support:
- Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Create training materials and documentation tailored to the needs of the Romanian team.
Collaboration and communication:
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non- technical personnel
- Work closely with both the Polish parent company and the Romanian subsidiary to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in the supply chain management module
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization and integration In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and practices
- Knowledge of supply chain:
-Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
-Knowledge of market dynamics and economic factors affecting the supplychain industry
- Language skills: Fluency in English is essential.
