We are looking for an experienced IT Business/System Analyst with hands-on experience working with the Guidewire platform – especially BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter – to join a long-term project for one of our key international clients in the insurance industry.
🟣Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Analyze and document business requirements related to the core insurance platform (Guidewire).
Translate business needs into system requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts.
Prepare functional documentation, business process models, and system specifications.
Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.
🟣Requirements
Proven experience (4+ years) as an IT Business Analyst/System Analyst in the insurance or financial sector.
Strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter).
Solid understanding of insurance processes.
Knowledge of BPMN or other business process modeling techniques.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, etc.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English (min. B2+ / C1) – daily communication with international teams.
Willingness to travel for business purposes (once per quarter, within the EU)
