Business Analyst - Responsible AI
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Responsible AI team. The team focuses on translating Responsible AI principles into scalable, compliant solutions across the organization. A key part of the role is shaping and enhancing the AI Registry - an enterprise platform that operationalizes AI governance through workflows, controls, and automation.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with governance stakeholders (AI strategy, legal, compliance, ethics, security, quality) to define and refine Responsible AI requirements.
Translate Responsible AI policies into AI Registry workflows, data models, and controls.
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Maintain alignment and traceability between governance requirements and platform features.
Analyze and design Responsible AI processes, identifying opportunities for standardization and automation.
Evaluate platform capabilities, identify gaps, and gather stakeholder feedback.
Work closely with engineers, data scientists, QA, and Product Owners in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
Expectations
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in governance or compliance environments.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process design, and stakeholder management.
Understanding of AI, GenAI, and machine learning concepts.
Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and risk assessment.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
Fluent in English; comfortable working across CET/ET time zones.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of working at the intersection of policy, process, and technology.
