Project Manager / Product Owner – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Mission Objective

Client is launching a strategic initiative to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. The CLM implementation is a key step to address critical challenges in contracting processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the IT point of contact for the project, the Consultant will serve as Project Manager / Product Owner, ensuring the successful deployment of the CLM solution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Prioritize, manage and deliver the product backlog.

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders, the vendor, and the development team.

• Organize and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Track project progress (scope, planning, budget, risks).

• Support testing and validation phases before go-live.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of CLM/CRM process and solutions (experience with DocuSign, Luminance, Salesforce or equivalent solutions are a plus).

• Understanding of SaaS architectures and system integrations.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Soft skills:

• Curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• A true “doer” mindset: proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.

• Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Analytical and structured mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams.
