Do you enjoy building intelligent agents that reason, retrieve and act with enterprise-grade reliability? We are looking for a Copilot Agent Engineer to join a strategic initiative in the consulting and financial services industry, focused on shaping the cognitive and reasoning layer of a large-scale enterprise Copilot. This is a high-impact role with fast qualification timelines and a January start.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced prompt architectures and behavioral frameworks for an enterprise Copilot

• Build agent personas, roles and structured conversational flows across complex business journeys

• Develop retrieval pipelines integrating Data Lake, Knowledge Graph and internal APIs

• Implement RAG patterns aligned with enterprise standards for grounding, compliance and reliability

• Create evaluation chains, deterministic rules and quality gates for sensitive and regulated workflows

• Optimize agent outputs for accuracy, traceability and explainability

• Translate policies, rules and business processes into consistent agent behavior

• Collaborate closely with AI engineering, data, platform and business teams

• Ensure the Copilot meets strict audit, safety and governance requirements

What we are looking for

• 4 + years of professional experience in building LLM-powered agents or AI-driven applications

• Hands-on experience with RAG, prompt engineering and conversational orchestration

• Solid understanding of vector search, chunking strategies, embeddings and context management

• Ability to convert complex business logic into deterministic rules guiding agent reasoning

• Experience with Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks

• Strong awareness of accuracy, compliance and safety requirements in regulated environments

• Programming skills in Python or TypeScript

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, GPT models and enterprise model hosting

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or Azure Cognitive Search

• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
