AI Engineer (contract),

B2B contract via Harey Nash

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Warsaw (4 days/week onsite)

Tasks:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale production ML systems

• Design, prototype, and evaluate AI/ML-driven software solutions

• Write clean, robust and production-grade code across the full development lifecycle

• Take ownership of complex, cross-team initiatives and drive them to delivery

• Build reusable libraries and frameworks to support reliable, testable engineering

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance or equivalent hands-on experience

• 4+ years of proven industry experience

• Strong background in quantitative investment software development across equities, fixed income, or multi-asset strategies

• Solid proficiency in Python, C++, or Java

• Fluent in English

• Allowed to work on B2B in Poland
