AI/ML Engineer - Remote

We are looking for an experience AI/ML Engineer to join a growing Data Science & AI Competency Center, working within the AI Engineering team.

This role focuses on bridging Data Science and production engineering, enabling machine learning and Generative AI solutions to be deployed at scale within enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in designing and delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions, implementing MLOps / LLMOps frameworks, and building scalable data and model processing pipelines to support advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

This position requires a strong combination of software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning production expertise, with hands-on experience in modern cloud and AI ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Data Science teams to deploy Machine Learning models into production environments

• Design and deliver Generative AI solutions using modern LLM technologies

• Implement scalable AI/ML automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and system performance

• Design, build and maintain industrialized data and ML processing pipelines

• Establish and implement best practices for ML lifecycle management, MLOps, and LLMOps

• Develop and support AI/MLOps frameworks to enable efficient model development, deployment, monitoring and governance

• Work with modern ML architecture and operational tools to continuously improve AI platform capabilities

• Gather technical requirements and provide technical estimations for delivery planning

• Present technical solutions and architecture concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders

• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including at least 3 years building data processing systems

• 5+ years of Python development, including production-grade applications such as microservices or APIs

• 3+ years of experience developing ML-related production code

• 1+ year of experience working with Generative AI technologies, such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering

• Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps platforms (Azure ML, Azure AI or similar)

• Practical experience working with Databricks
