We are currently looking for a Senior IT Asset Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager to support a global transformation initiative in the construction and real estate sector. The role focuses on end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management and software license compliance, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow and reporting tools.

Technologies: ServiceNow (CMS/SAM), Power BI / Tableau, Excel, license, and contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of licenses, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contracts

• Ensure data quality within ServiceNow

• Review and analyze a portfolio of 800+ applications

• Verify and enter license and entitlement details

• Manage license renewals and identify missing documentation

• Assess usage rights, including cloud and VDI environments

• Support software packaging processes

KPIs: License compliance, data accuracy, internal customer satisfaction, and process automation.

Must Have

• Proven IT Asset Management experience (software/hardware)

• Strong ServiceNow knowledge

• Understanding of licensing models and contract terms

• Ability to interpret contracts and amendments
