Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, including definition, refinement, and prioritization of requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and translate business needs into actionable user stories
Communicate product vision and priorities clearly to development teams and stakeholders
Continuously deepen your understanding of ServiceNow capabilities to identify areas for innovation and improvement
Define and document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Ensure effective implementation of requirements by working closely with development teams
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide the strategic development of order management and network inventory processes in the telecommunications sector, particularly using ServiceNow OMT and TNI modules
Oversee integrations with relevant systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, GIS, activation systems) to ensure seamless workflows and consistent data
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a ServiceNow environment
Hands-on experience with the OMT and TNI modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable
Solid understanding of telecommunications processes, especially fiber optic network operations
Knowledge of best practices in agile product development and ServiceNow platform standards
Experience managing product backlogs and translating business needs into technical requirements
Practical knowledge of ITIL or relevant certification is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around a common goal
