Job Title: Principal Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on delivering production-ready ML and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying scalable machine learning systems, working with cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML and AI solutions for automotive applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven features.

• Work with business units to support the integration of AI-based functionalities into products.

• Communicate technical concepts and models clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of innovative in-cabin experiences through ML and AI technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience delivering production-level ML and AI solutions.

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, or PyTorch.

• Experience building data pipelines and evaluation workflows using tools such as Airflow, MLflow, or Databricks.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and containerization using Docker.

• Familiarity with standard software development tools (Git, SQL, command-line tools).

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C++, Java, or web development.

• Background in generative AI and large language models.
