Your Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of MS Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet complex business requirements across Sales, Marketing, and Service domains.

• Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on digital transformation, selecting the right tools and strategies for high-impact implementations.

• Solution Integration: Oversee the development of robust APIs and integration layers to connect Dataverse-based solutions with broader enterprise ecosystems.

• Quality Management: Maintain the highest standards of technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final deployment.

Technical Expertise

We are looking for an expert with a deep background in the Microsoft CRM ecosystem:

• Professional Background: 7+ years of experience in D365 CE implementations, having served as a Solution Architect or a Senior Technical Consultant with a strong development foundation.

• Power Platform Mastery: Proven track record in building and deploying Canvas, Model-driven apps, and Power Pages (Portals).

• Mobile Solutions: Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Mobile D365 applications.

• Dataverse & Connectivity: Proficiency in architecting APIs and data structures within the Dataverse environment.

Professional Qualifications & Leadership

• Project Management: Skilled in project planning, resource estimation, and costing to ensure commercial viability.

• Consultative Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with clients, manage expectations, and translate business needs into technical blueprints.

• Global Collaboration: Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• Leadership: Natural aptitude for leading teams and mentoring junior consultants/developers.

• Academic Background: Higher Education Degree in a relevant technical or business field.
