MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

Responisbilities:

• Define and design the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

• Translate business requirements into high-level technical architecture and solution design, providing clear guidance to development and functional teams.

• Lead integration strategy between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware solutions.

• Establish development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure high-quality solution delivery and long-term maintainability.

• Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mitigate risks, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Skills and attributes for success

• 6+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 CE implementations in areas of Sales, Marketing or others from the CRM area in the role of solution architect or at least a technical consultant with development skills

• Experience in building APIs for connecting the Dataverse based solutions

• Experience with Mobile D365 solutions

• Experience in Power Apps tools: Portal, Canvas and/or Model-driven

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in project planning and costing 

• Knowledge about system enhancements 

• Strong client communication skills

• Excellent English verbal and written communication

• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

• Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing MS Dynamics 365 solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

• Higher Education Degree 

• Knowledge about system enhancements

• Communicative level of German or other European languages
