MS Dynamics 365 BC Developer

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Solution Crafting: Taking full ownership of the technical design and end-to-end execution of new system functionalities.

• Advanced Connectivity: Building robust bridges between systems using REST API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.

• System Evolution (R&D): Working closely with Research & Development teams to identify bottlenecks and implement high-efficiency best practices within the D365 BC ecosystem.

• Technical Integrity: Managing the documentation of implementation results and conducting post-deployment reviews to maintain high quality.

• Lifecycle Ownership: Overseeing at least one major functional area (from design to go-live) independently.

What we are looking for:

• The "BC" Foundation: A solid 3+ years in the Dynamics 365 Business Central world with a deep understanding of its functional architecture.

• Developer Mindset: Proven autonomy in software development within the BC environment, including a baseline understanding of core business modules (Finance, Inventory, etc.).

• Innovation-Driven: A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in expanding system boundaries through new technologies.

Preferred Technical Stack:

• Modern Tools: Experience with Postman for API testing and GitHub/Azure DevOps for version control and deployment.

• Certification: An MB-820 (BC Developer) certificate is highly valued.

• Multilingual communication: Ability to communicate in English (and ideally German or another European language).
