RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language, extensions, and integrations aligned with best development practices.

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to business needs.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and external systems, including APIs, web services, and other Microsoft technologies.

• Perform code reviews, optimize existing customizations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure system stability and security compliance.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and support continuous system enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and attributes for success

• At least 3+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 Business Central implementations

• Understanding of functional aspects of the systems and Business Central feature

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience with independent work as Developer; at least one full Business Central module implementation project

• Proficiency in developing integrations using REST API

• Demonstrated experience in independent development solution design

• Basic knowledge of Business Central modules (G/L, AP, AR, Inventory)

• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• BC Developer certificate MB-820 

• Hands-on experience with POSTMAN

• Working with GitHub/Azure DevOps

• German or other European language skill
