Microsoft Dynamics F&O Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics Finance Consultant to join a large, well-established Dynamics 365 Competence Center specializing in enterprise financial and operational systems.

The team consists of over a hundred seasoned professionals, including consultants, architects, and developers, who deliver complex implementation and system upgrade projects using the latest platform versions.

The role offers the opportunity to work within one of the largest expert communities in the country, contributing to high‑impact projects for clients both locally and internationally, while gaining insight into diverse industries and their operational models.

Your tasks

• Design and implement financial system solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and structured implementation plans

• Analyze, model, and document end-to-end business processes

• Support project delivery by monitoring scope, timelines, and agreed objectives

• Advise stakeholders on optimal approaches to solving business and process challenges

• Test delivered solutions and cooperate with technical teams to resolve defects and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics Consultant

• Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes and system configuration (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance system)

• Ability to analyze requirements and independently propose effective solutions

• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in preparing clear user and process documentation

• Fluency in English and Polish, residence in Poland, and familiarity with local electronic invoicing regulations, KseF
