Job description

We are looking for a motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical support skills with hands-on experience in managing online learning platforms. This role involves both day-to-day troubleshooting of IT-related issues and the administration of digital learning environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support through case, incident, and problem management systems.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring efficient resolution.

  • Document solutions, procedures, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar educational platforms, managing users, resources, and training content.

  • Create, update, and publish online learning content, as well as support learners and trainers in the use of e-learning systems.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of training management tools and monitor user results.

  • Draft and maintain manuals, best practice guidelines, and operational documentation.

  • Collaborate with IT and training teams to optimize the use of e-learning platforms.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to produce professional documentation.

  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and case/incident management.

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a call centre, service desk, or IT support environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with web content management in educational or resource management platforms.

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator or content creator in an LMS or similar system.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to document solutions clearly.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
