As a Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in enterprise technology solutions. Your role is pivotal in delivering robust production support for Microsoft Dynamics products, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement to meet business demands worldwide.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide production support for PB Microsoft Dynamics products globally, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Analyze incident reports, diagnose system issues, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.
Manage incidents and problem records using ServiceNow, coordinating resolution workflows efficiently.
Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE personnel.
Respond promptly to system alerts and execute necessary actions to maintain stability.
Assist with weekend releases, system maintenance, and off-hours support as required.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles within enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, or similar databases.
Experience managing incident, problem records, and change requests in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Solid background in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or IT Service Management.
Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate risk awareness, including issue mitigation and control.
A curious mindset with a desire to understand root causes and improve systems.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Prior experience working within banking or financial services, especially with HSBC or similar organizations.
Knowledge of GSD/ServiceNow platform functionalities.
Familiarity with organizational processes within large enterprises.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
