AI Business Partner

Requirements

• Open, disruptive mindset with a pragmatic approach to change.

• Solid understanding of AI (including generative AI), its capabilities, limitations, and business value (ROI).

• Consulting or similar experience with strong business acumen.

• Proven track record in transformation, innovation, or technology evangelism roles.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of change management and the human side of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact AI use cases across business units.

• Translate AI strategy into practical, value-driven solutions and MVPs.

• Support the deployment, adoption, and scaling of AI, GenAI, and RPA solutions.

• Collaborate with business teams to improve productivity and optimize processes using AI.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful delivery.
