🚨 We’re Hiring: Service Desk Specialist (Spanish & Polish Speaking) 🚨

📍 Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw (Hybrid – 2 days WFH) / Remote option available

🕒 Start Date: ASAP

📄 Contract : B2B

🌐 Languages: Fluent Spanish & Polish (B2+), English (B2+)


🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 & L2 IT support via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues
  • Manage tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Handle Active Directory, email access, and user account management
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service
  • Support IT infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in IT support / service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Familiarity with networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP
  • Tools: Office 365, AD, Remote Desktop
  • Great customer service & troubleshooting mindset

💡 Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco
  • Experience in managed/shared services
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)
