    Salary: 700-850 pln/md B2B

    Location: Hybrid from Warszawa/Gdynia/Gdańsk/Łódź

    Project


    The project focuses on managing organizational change processes such as mergers, acquisitions, relocations, restructures, or technology upgrades. A Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring these transitions to ensure objectives are met within defined timelines and budgets while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and engagement. The role involves creating detailed transition plans, managing internal and external teams, and coordinating actions across various parties to achieve seamless implementation.

     

    Expected competences and knowledge

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing organizational changes and delivering results
    • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor transitions while meeting objectives, timelines, and budgets
    • Experience in change management, including strategies for driving adoption and minimizing resistance
    • Background in risk management, with expertise in identifying and mitigating potential challenges
    • Proficiency in data analysis to support informed decision-making during transitions
    • Industry knowledge to apply best practices and ensure compliance with standards
    • Skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to execute effective transition strategies
    • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize resources and control costs
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to engage stakeholders and guide teams
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, with certifications in project or change management preferred

     

    Responsibilities you'll have


    • Develop detailed transition plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies
    • Define roles and responsibilities for the transition team, including internal staff, consultants, vendors, and partners
    • Coordinate and align actions and expectations among stakeholders
    • Monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and resolve any arising issues
    • Communicate effectively with all involved parties to maintain engagement and transparency
    • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful transitions
