Product Owner (possible business trips) 🇧🇪

We are looking for a Product Owner to cooperate with our client - an international technology company providing an award-winning Model Risk Management Suite for financial institutions to stay in control of their models. The modular and model-agnostic solution empowers firms to oversee, test and document their models at scale while ensuring full reproducibility and auditability. 

*The role may require traveling to Belgium.

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Managing the roadmap based on the long-term vision of the CTO as well as input from the core product board that consists of representatives from the customer success, sales, product and information security teams.
• Being responsible for day to day management of the product team which is a multi-disciplinary team that is mostly remote (based out of Romania) consisting of full-stack .NET developers, a UI/UX expert, a BA, a QA, and a DevOps.
• Understanding in detail how our customers use the application.
• Building out -together with the People team- a long-term strategy for team composition and upskilling.
• Refining and monitoring product quality as well as product complexity.
• Managing the release process of the product as well as all of its artifacts (including Terraform scripts, Helm charts, Docker images, product documentation and default product configuration). 

This offer will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• Readiness to travel to Belgium.
• 10Y+ experience as a Product Owner for an enterprise SaaS product that is developed in .NET, runs on k8s, and implements complex business logic.
• Provable experience in leading a multi-disciplinary product team.
• Experience in managing external APIs.

It would be nice if you have:

• Experience working in a scale-up company.
• Understanding mathematical modeling or model risk management is a strong plus.
• Ambition to become a Product Manager.
• Fluent in other languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish or Portuguese). 
• Degree in Computer Science.
