Credit Manager (FSRM)

Responsibilities: 

• Defining and creating business requirements
• Assessing, structuring, modeling and visualizing business processes
• Identifying problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
• Understanding the underlying IT
• Prioritizing functional and technical requirements
• Managing tests and ensuring high quality of developed products
• Understanding and ensuring proper product implementation and delivery
• Communicating between various stakeholder (e.g. management, business, IT, etc.).

Requirements:

• Deep credit business knowledge incl. regulatory requirements
• Basic knowledge of data architecture and data analytics
• Agile and traditional project management / product implementation
• Proficient use of facilitation tools and methods (e.g. Miro/Mural, MS office suite, etc.)
• Fluent German

Additional skills:

• Deep knowledge of process analysis and modelling
• Understand data and IT strategy
• Understand and know how to leverage important tech enabler (e.g. AI, blockchain, etc.)
• Know and understand important digital enabler for digital transformation (e.g. RPA, BPA, cloud, microservices, etc.)
