📌 The Home Journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. Home Journey Common is working to provide a common solution for all Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland). The team members are located in Nordic Countries, Poland and India.

 

We are looking for a Test Lead able to lead the QA efforts in Agile Release Train in large-scope projects. Being part of this project means that you will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach our common goal to meet the unique needs of our customers.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Leading the whole QA effort within the ART
  • Ensuring that all required types and levels of testing are planned, implemented, executed, and reported by Client Test Strategy
  • Leading all QA efforts especially across integration and E2E tests in large-scale projects (~4-6 Scrum teams)
  • Taking responsibility for driving continuous improvement and introduction of best practices, ensuring the availability of test environment and test data, understanding and addressing testing skill gaps as well as coaching and helping team members to ensure agility and excellent deliveries
  • Clear communication on at least ART level and below
  • Input on test approach, strategy, and tools

  

Expected competencies and knowledge

 

  • Min. 4 years of professional experience as Test Lead for large, complex solution
  • Financial domain knowledge is a must
  • Proven, solid experience in managing integration and E2E tests for large projects with a number of teams involved 
  • Understanding of legacy systems
  • Some experience with Web, HTTP, or API-related testing
  • Knowledge of test automation
  • Experience in testing in agile projects - preferably in SAFe
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technology used in the project: Java, Kafka, C#, Weblogic, SQL, mainframe (Cobol, ASP)
  • Technology used in QA within the project: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, qTest, PowerBI, Jira
  •  

Nice to have

 

  • experience with credit ratings
  • experience with managing tests on the mainframe environment
