Test Automation Engineer

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused in a financial project focused on frontend testing using modern tools and frameworks. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment alongside developers, analysts, and QA engineers.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Design, develop, and maintain automated frontend test scripts using Playwright and Cucumber
• Execute and analyse test results to ensure application quality
• Perform manual testing to support specific releases or critical fixes - when it's needed
• Participate in API testing and contribute to test coverage across service layers
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and scrum teams to refine requirements and ensure testability
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions
• Maintain test documentation and ensure test cases reflect business and technical needs

Expected competences and knowledge

• Solid experience in automated frontend testing  - TypeScript
• Hands-on knowledge of Playwright and Cucumber
• Experience with API testing 
• Openness to perform manual testing
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and working within scrum teams
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Open-minded person with a focus on quality
