We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream projects within the Marketing Technology space. This role focuses on delivering data-driven and CRM-centric solutions across global clients and industries, often involving Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation tools. You’ll work closely with technical and strategic teams, ensuring alignment across all project phases — from scoping and planning to delivery and post-launch optimization. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring a proactive mindset, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of technology-led marketing solutions.

You will operate in an international, agile environment, collaborating with experts across data, engineering, and strategy to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

 

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or digital project management
  • Proven track record of managing large, global, multi-disciplinary teams or projects
  • Comfortable working with demanding clients in high-pressure environments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM campaign management and/or engineering-focused projects
  • Demonstrated delivery of projects using at least one of the following:
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Braze
  • Clear understanding of how to manage scope, effort, timelines, and budget across the full project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
  • Background in data, software development, or MarTech consulting
  • Experience in digital media, advertising technology, or fast-growth/start-up environments
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-oriented delivery
  • Ability to understand and contribute to discussions on data pipelines, APIs, and marketing integrations

 

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate complex marketing technology projects across multiple workstreams
  • Work closely with internal leads (Engagement, Technical, Strategy) to align on priorities, resourcing, and delivery approach
  • Create and manage project plans, documentation, risk logs, and tracking tools
  • Act as the main point of contact for client teams – ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and issue resolution
  • Monitor project health, budget consumption, and team utilization; raise red flags early
  • Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical leads
  • Drive internal meetings, client WIPs, and retrospectives
  • Support project closure, including final reporting, documentation handover, and post-launch follow-ups
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge sharing
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities during delivery
