Senior Project Manager (Logistics&Acquisition)

For our client operating in the logistics industry, we are looking for a Project Manager, experienced in migration and acquisitions, to work on managing medium to large corporate projects and programs that are linked directly to the organization's strategy. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Location: 100% remote, first day in the office in Warsaw / hybrid

Start: August / September

Job Responsibilities

• Develop projects from initiation stage to operations, following standard PMO processes and strong governance.
• Manage the project and subsequent task alignment of project members, including potential country implementations across all project stages starting from business case initiation to hypercare.
• Handle budgets and ensure close control of project costs across multiple teams.
• Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants.
• Proactively handle issues and manage upwards due to the strategic importance of the projects.
• Facilitate and participate in workshops, project boards, and townhall meetings addressing a large and diverse audience.

Expectations

• 7+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects, preferably from a global PMO or multinational corporations.
• Worked in international companies is a must
• Experience with PMI (Post merger implementation) project is a must
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management tools, such as Prince2 and/or agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in Logistics
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Polish.
