Solution Architect

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa  (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

As a Solution Architect you will be involved in a financial project and be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive architectural documentation for our infrastructure domain services, with a primary focus on Azure Entra ID cloud integration and DDI services.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Creating a complete High Level Design (HLD) document
• Developing a detailed Solution Design Document (SDD) 
• Providing technical consultation and architectural guidance for the Team on infrastructure domain services
• Performing gap analysis between the current state and target architecture
• Producing architectural decision records documenting key design choices and their rationale
• Mapping technical requirements to ensure compliance with Business Continuity (BCCM), DORA, and audit frameworks
• Designing integrations between on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, particularly Azure Entra ID
• Supporting stakeholder management and technical communication between specialists and the Platform Owner

Expected competences and knowledge

• 8+ years of experience with IT Architecture, minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise infrastructure environments
• Deep technical expertise in Azure Entra ID architecture, configuration, and integration
• Solid expertise in DNS and DHCP Enterprise architecture and configuration
• Proven experience creating HLD and SDD documentation that meets enterprise architectural standards
• Strong understanding of identity management principles and Microsoft identity solutions
• Experience with infrastructure service integration between on-premises and cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within regulated environments with compliance requirements
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Nice-to-have:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PKI infrastructure design and implementation
  • Previous experience working in financial services or similarly regulated industries
  • Understanding of BCCM and DORA regulatory frameworks
  • Background in technical leadership roles guiding implementation teams
