Project

We are looking for a proactive and structured Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery and support teams in achieving consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will be working with cross-functional squads, ensuring delivery visibility, team alignment, and continuous improvement across the Agile process. Your work will focus on facilitating core ceremonies, maintaining accurate Azure DevOps boards and dashboards, and coaching teams to optimise flow, quality, and predictability. You will act as a driver of transparency for both teams and stakeholders, fostering a psychologically safe environment where collaboration, ownership, and delivery excellence are central.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Ability to maintain and manage Agile boards and dashboards (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Strong skills in tracking delivery status, including ticket progress, blockers, story points, and delivery dates
• Experience producing sprint reports and highlighting blockers or delivery risks
• Ability to lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Skilled in team coaching, switching between teaching and guiding in Agile practices
• Strong focus on delivery visibility and escalation of blockers
• Ability to align cross-functional teams and manage inter-team dependencies
• Knowledge of Definition of Ready and Definition of Done and ability to enforce them for quality and velocity
• Experience in facilitating retrospectives and ensuring continuous improvement
• Ability to provide clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders
• Skills in identifying workflow constraints and improving throughput
• Ability to build a psychologically safe team environment
