Project

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-friendly tools that support global customers in navigating complex construction data, visualizing project progress, and coordinating multidisciplinary work — all while contributing to the broader mission of improving sustainability and transparency in the building industry.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in designing real products (mobile + web)

• A portfolio with case studies showcasing your process and outcomes

• Excellent knowledge of Figma: components, variants, autolayout, prototypes

• Experience working with Development teams — both Mobile and Web

• Ability to independently lead the full design process

• Fluent communication in English

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or the Tricity area

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Designing a mobile application (React Native) and a web application (React)

• Creating user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes

• Building and maintaining the design system

• Collaborating with the development team and participating in user interviews

• Iteratively improving the product based on feedback

Nice to have

• Experience with field-work / checklist / inspection applications

• Creating design systems from scratch.

• Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG)

• Experience working in a distributed/remote team

• Ability to quickly create low-fi prototypes
