Salary: 125 - 150 PLN/h on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
Responsibilities you'll have

Integrating core platform mastery, "pro-code" extensions, SQL data management, AI innovation, and Power BI insights

Architecting complex Canvas apps, Designing resilient cloud flows with advanced error handling (try/catch blocks), child flows
-
Implementing client-side logic for Model-Driven forms and building custom UI controls via the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
-
Writing advanced queries, Stored Procedures, and Views to manage high-volume data or perform complex migrations
Expected competences and knowledge
Power Platform Core Mastery (Advanced Low‑Code)
• Architecting complex Power Apps Canvas apps with a focus on performance optimization, delegation, and offline sync
• Architecting Model‑Driven Power Apps including custom Command Bar buttons
• Designing advanced Business Process Flows in Model‑Driven apps
• Designing resilient cloud flows in Power Automate with advanced error handling (try/catch patterns)
• Creating and maintaining child flows in Power Automate
• Building Power Automate Desktop flows (RPA) for legacy system automation
• Expert‑level relational data modeling in Dataverse
• Implementing complex Dataverse security roles including Business Units and Field‑level security
• Creating and maintaining calculated and rollup columns in Dataverse
Pro‑Code Development (The Extensibility Layer)
• Developing Dataverse Plugins in C# / .NET to handle logic beyond standard platform capabilities
• Developing Custom Workflow Activities in C# / .NET
• Implementing client‑side logic for Model‑Driven forms using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Building custom UI controls using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Working directly with the Dataverse Web API
• Creating and maintaining Custom Connectors for Power Platform
• Integrating third‑party systems and handling complex JSON payloads
SQL & Data Engineering Skills
• Advanced T‑SQL development including complex queries, Stored Procedures, and Views
• Managing high‑volume data scenarios and complex data migrations
• Configuring and maintaining the On‑Premises Data Gateway
• Implementing Virtual Tables to surface SQL data in Power Apps without data duplication
• SQL performance tuning using indexing and execution plan analysis
• Ensuring responsive application performance when working with large SQL databases
Nice‑to‑Have Knowledge and Experience – Power BI Cloud
• Embedding interactive Power BI tiles directly into Power Apps with contextual filtering
• Designing efficient Power BI data models using Star Schema
• Creating complex DAX measures for business‑critical KPIs
• Configuring Row‑Level Security (RLS) in Power BI
• Managing Power BI Workspaces and Apps
• Creating and maintaining Dataflows using Power Query Online
• Transforming data from SQL, Dataverse, and APIs into reusable datasets
