Senior Manual Tester

Salary: 500-700 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk or Gdynia (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join an international, agile delivery team working on complex, business-critical systems within the financial sector. The project focuses on high-quality software delivery, modern UI solutions (web and mobile), and PEGA-based applications integrated with microservices architecture.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Ensure that QA activities are conducted in an efficient and well-documented way
• Analyze requirements and design new test cases and test scenarios
• Plan and execute system and functional tests
• Report, manage, verify, and track defects
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results and quality findings
• Identify test cases suitable for automation after manual verification
• Actively collaborate with the Scrum team to secure high quality of deliveries
• Support and drive QA activities across the delivery team

Expected competences and knowledge

• ISTQB certification
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in QA, preferably in Agile teams
• Strong experience in PEGA application testing
• Proven ability to define, execute, and report tests for complex software systems
• Experience in system testing of modern UI (Web and/or Mobile)
• API testing experience using Postman and Swagger
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• High attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Fast learner with willingness to understand new tools and processes
