Senior Java / JEE Developer

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN net / MD

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Expected competencies and knowledge

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable software development in Java and JEE
• Strong skills in object-oriented programming and Java EE (including JPA) 
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, adaptability to evolving requirements, and a strong customer-centric mindset
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with strong communication abilities

 

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using JavaEE technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and implementation
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated delivery
• Package and deploy applications using Docker
