We are building the first Polish software development hub for top 3 telco in the Nordics and Baltics. Poland will be the next hub alongside the company's operations in Helsinki and Tallinn.

You will have a chance to join as an early team member in the new location of an established, market-leading enterprise, with the goal of creating an international champion.

Project brief:

The company is consolidating its Technology & Operations units to serve its B2B & B2C customers across multiple countries. We are looking for engineers who are able to produce safe code at scale in a multinational hybrid workmode.

• Security: Build robust solutions, enforce access control, ensure GDPR compliance.
• Latency optimization: Handle high traffic across global markets.
• Localized: Support multiple languages and regional requirements.
• Integrations: Connect with existing systems and third-party APIs.

Developer brief:

5-10 years of experience required

As we are looking for a variety of developers which means you do not need to be an expert in every language in the stack.
